Gameplay

Mods which significantly change how you play the game. Generally more focused than an overhaul, and are generally able to be switched on and off mid playthough.

  • Ambient Spawns

    Periodically spawns random groups of enemies. The idea is to make the game more unpredictable.

  • Backpack Manager

    Customize the size of your character’s backpack on the fly!

  • Badass Bounties

    Adds many randomly generated bounties to the game. Each bounty will reward you with XP, Money and a random item upon completion. The rarity of the reward items scale with your level. To open the bounty board menu check your modded keybinds menu.

  • Better Boosted Saves

    Adds a few options for boosted save characters including TVHM/UVHM starts and randomized gear.

  • Better Spawns and Better Travel (BSABT)

    Ports back some qol features of BL3: open the fast travel from anywhere teleport in your vehicle from the map menu spawn at the last triggered spawn station

  • Boosted TPS Characters

    Adds boosted characters to the character select screen. Characters start a the beginning of TVHM. Everyone spawns with the same loot and theres also 2 chests were added to where you wake up.

  • Borderlands Rewind

    Provides options to enable: Weapon merging Weapon skill stacking (e.g. infinite ammo, Evil Smasher buffs) Full amp damage on every pellet

  • ComboCounter

    Kills are now counted towards a killstreak on screen, awarding more XP the higher your kill count goes ! XP multiplication currently capped after 15 kills to prevent ridiculous XP gains

  • Difficulty Modes

    Replaces BAR with a difficulty mode that can be changed in the options.

  • Early Skill Points

    Allow you to set the level at which you start gaining skills point. Additionally, you can set the maximum level where you stop gaining them to offset early skill points gain. Note: skill points are generated when your character spawn, there is no risk of permanently losing them.

  • Emotes

    Adds a list of different emotes. Check Modded Keybinds to configure the mod.

  • Exp Adjuster

    Adds sliders to adjust XP amounts: baserates for each mode, as well as multipliers based on level difference from killed enemies.

  • Game Scaler

    Scales all zones in Normal Mode and True Vault Hunter Mode to your level, and removes the level cap for TVHM scaling in BL2 and TPS. In BL2 and TPS, Normal Mode level cap is 35, TVHM minimum level is 30. In AoDK, Normal Mode level cap is 18 and TVHM minimum level is 17.

  • Lengyu Copy Device

    Allows you to spend money to copy the selected equipment. Press the keybind ‘UseSecondary’ on the Equipment page or Backpack page to throw and copy the selected equipment. It costs the selling price of the equipment. It works in multiplayer game when both the server player and the client player have enabled this mod.

  • Lilith Patch

    Modifies the action skill of 55tumbl’s excellent Lilith mod to work more like BL1 Lilith’s Phasewalk. You no longer need a target in the crosshairs.

  • Map Reloader

    Quickly farm items and save quit at a button press!

  • Mario Mode

    Jump on enemies to kill them.

  • Melee Enhancement

    A few tweaks to Zer0 and Krieg to enhance their melee gameplay

  • NPCRevives

    Friendly NPCs will attempt to revive you.

  • NoCap

    Extends team limits and functionality for 5+ player lobbies. Only required on host, clients can join with or without mod installed.

  • One-Hit KO

    Makes you die in one hit.

  • Open Sesame

    Make containers open automatically when damaged.

  • Optional Objectives Rewards

    Automatically rewards ALL optional objectives in Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel with configurable rewards that scale by playthrough difficulty.

  • Pay To Loot

    Picking up ground loot is no longer free. They now cost as much as they would in a vendor.

  • Reign Of Giants

    It’s a concept we all know and love: Rare enemy variants, like Loot Midgets and Tubbies. Reign Of Giants extends this to every enemy in the game.

  • Revive Time Modifier

    Using the scroller in the options, choose your time in seconds for how long it takes to revive teammates. The options range from 0 to 10 seconds in 0.5 second increments.

  • ScaledTVHM

    Fixes the TVHM scaling for TTAoDK One Shot Adventure. Now everything will scale with the player level in TVHM.

  • Scaling Adjuster

    Adds an option to let you easily adjust the game's base scaling constant.

  • Spare Parts

    Allows you to salvage parts from items and attach them to other items. Just select an item from your backpack, hover over another item and press the ‘salvage’ hotkey. Default is [C] Note: the item you salvage parts from will be destroyed in the process.

  • Spawn Multiplier

    Adds an option to let you easily multiply the amount of spawns you’re getting, updating live.

  • Speedrun Practice

    Borderlands 2 mod with various utilities to help in practicing speedruns. All speedruns are currently supported on some level, although many runs (e.g. current patch) don’t need much help other than an easy way to make practice saves.

  • Trivia

    Trivia minigame for BL2, With easy and hard difficulties. Requires MapLoader and UserFeedback

  • Ultimate Scavenger Mod

    This mod automaically equips items when they spawn as long as your character can equip them, showing a message when it’s equipped. Excluded examples are items higher level than your character or classmods not for your character. Options include: Font Size sliders for the messages, more informative messages and a few gunzerker options. If you plan on playing gunzerker, make sure to check the known issues on github.   • Weapon Proficiencies

    This mod ports weapon proficiencies from Borderlands 1 without any changes.
