Prevents badass rank increasing, and non-level-specific challenge reward pop-ups from showing. Has a setting for preventing bonus stats being enabled. Intended for use with mods that would otherwise give you loads of rank.
This is a legacy mod, which will be run in compatibility mode. It may behave slightly odd, and it may stop working at some point in the future.
