NoDuplicateCosmetics prevents already-owned cosmetics in Borderlands 3 from being selected again while preserving the game’s native, source-local loot behavior. It filters supported owned cosmetics before native loot selection, keeps mixed gear + cosmetic pools on the stock resolver path, and lets exhausted cosmetic-only branches produce no cosmetic instead of replacing them with unrelated loot.
